E-mail notifications
QC Editors can subscribe to e-mail notifications for when a new version of a QC Item is published.
To do so:
1. Select the QC Item you want to receive notifications for from the list of All QC Items
2. Click the 'Watch' button
3. Make sure the global Notifications setting (top right, next to your name) is set to 'All notifications - Send me ALL notifications'. Note this feaure is by default set to 'off' for new users!
You will be send an e-mail when a new version of a QC Item becomes available.
Unsubscribing
Use the 'Unwatch' button to stop the alerts for the related QC Item.
You can turn off all e-mail notifications by setting the global Notifications setting (top right, next to your name) is set to 'Nothing - Send me NO notifications'.
Lead Editors
Note that for QC Items you are the Lead Editor of, the watch function is always turned on (and cannot be disabled, but you can turn of the e-mail Notifications as per above).
If you are no longer the Lead Editor, the original 'Watch' setting you had for the related QC Item is restored.
Filtering
Note that you can also filter by the Items you are (not) watching using the QC Items - Advanced Filter.
