Parent field
The parent field values are dependent on the order of the input/output parameters (!)
Only parameters that are listed before ('above' in the GUI) the current parameter can be selected as parents.
Locator
Child parameters inherit the locator setting of their parent (the most common parent is the Segment type, which has always its locator 'on').
